I brought our vehicle here to get a second opinion because I didn't believe the original diagnosis. The folks at Eaton did a fantastic job at getting us back on the road as soon as possible. They were kind and professional, so I definitely recommend them and will use them on jobs I won't tackle.

Donovan runs a professional business. His shop is clean and organized. He was always available to take my call and answer any questions or concerns. I arrived at his shop the morning of my appointment with concerns, he stopped what he was doing to address those concerns. Very professional and personable. Truck had all kinds of issues from boost leak, to losing antifreeze, to steam into the cab and these guys took care of all of the issues within three days of having a vehicle. It runs like new again. It has power, it actually has acceleration. Definitely will recommend to all of my friends and family, and will be returning with my other vehicles!! Donovan and his crew are fantastic. They inspected every detail from engine to chassis, complete with photos, and rated the urgency of each issue, with an estimate. No pressure, no unecessary work, Donovan really cares about his customer, and is honest and kind. It took a little longer than expected, but no fault of theirs, the parts delivered took time. They are pricy but I believe very worth it.
