I highly recommend Eaton Auto! Ive had the opportunity to work with them professionally, and recently I also got to experience their service firsthand when they performed a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle for me. They are knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. I especially appreciate that I can trust them to give me straightforward information without trying to sell me something I dont need. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they genuinely care about doing right by their customers. Its not always easy to find an automotive shop you feel you can truly trust, and Eaton Auto is definitely one of those places. Great people, great service, and a business Im very happy to recommend!

I am not a fan of forced labor. Anyone who tells you they " have" to do something like machine or switch your rotors before they switch pads is full of it.

Nothing was forced. You called on the phone and ask us to just do a pad slap. That not how we do brake jobs. You have the choice to go somewhere that does inferior work.
