I am not a fan of forced labor. Anyone who tells you they " have" to do something like machine or switch your rotors before they switch pads is full of it.

Nothing was forced. You called on the phone and ask us to just do a pad slap. That not how we do brake jobs. You have the choice to go somewhere that does inferior work.

I went by the shop to make an appointment for about $3000.00 of maintenance things that were due on my car. The woman told me that I had to pay them $150.00 first to do a multipoint inspection to see if these things needed doing. The woman tried to tell me that my list might be wrong even through my car just had a multipoint inspection 3 months ago and that is how I knew these things needed doing. So I went to Heath's up the street and they are happy to have my business. My car is there now so they can take a look to give me an estimate without a charge of course. For those allergic to a lot of fragrance like myself, Eaton's reeked of air fresheners.

I Drive all the way from phoenix to get my vehicles looked at and worked on by Donovan and his team whenever i am in need, Eaton Automotive is honestly the most honest and genuine mechanic shop i know compared to any other shops that just want to drain you for every penny, his estimates are always very good and its worth every dollar knowing my vehicles are in good hands i definitely recommend this team !!
