Horrible experience!!! I went to get my rear lights diagnosed since I did not have the proper tools or equipment. I called a few places first and they did not have time to check the vehicle that same week! I should have waited, I was charged $195 for a diagnostic that was not correct, I was told that I needed the whole taillight assembly. I had a brand new tail light assembly already they told me that it was a faulty assembly and they needed to order a different one from their own place, It would cost me approximately $500 including installation plus the $195 misdiagnosed fee. I told them that I would take the vehicle and figure it out my self, so I did and the only thing it needed was the bulb sockets which cost me $30 on Amazon. I called the shop asking for management to let them know about this situation and the lady on the phone was very rude, I told her I needed them to make this right and she said, "So does the rest of the world". She then told me that they would call me back so after a week nobody called me, So i called again finally talked to the owner mr. Eaton he basically told me to go ahead and write a review he didn't really care...

So, you repaired the defective tail lamp assemblies you installed? When we troubleshooted your issue, you had removed the brake light switch, and it was sitting in your center console. We had to install it so we could test power and grounds for all the circuits to both left and right rear lights. We found that your cheap Amazon taillight assemblies were inferior with bad sockets. Why would we try to repair a defective part? You had asked us to price installing quality assemblies with a warranty. You declined, which I understand, as you had already changed them yourself. But you were scratching your head, thinking it was a problem somewhere else in the vehicle when you came in. We did nothing wrong charging for our time to sort your issue out. If your review keeps people from coming into our shop who are trying to get free work, then I thank you.

don't call in as a new customer looking for an estimate. when i gave the lady on the phone a description of what I was looking for her response was " we are about the same as most other shops in town" When i pressed her further she said," we are actually more expensive than most other shops". Really? that's your sales pitch? No Attempt was made to provide me with even a ballpark estimate of what I was looking for. I am glad that you are comfortable in your client base. May not always be the case. you just lost one

Sorry for the misunderstanding, as I explained on the phone, we don’t do over the phone quotes/estimates. This would not be fair to you. Many vehicles come with multiple options that could change an estimate by approximately $500 or more. That’s why we give the option to book an appointment for us to inspect and give an estimate for the repairs needed. No we don’t have a sales pitch, there are no salesman here, we are just honest and strait forward. I also never said that we were the most expensive, I was just letting you know that we are not the cheapest.

Even though Eaton could not get me in to look at my brakes, Rebecca was very helpful and honest and recommended another garage that could assist. Thank you Rebecca.

They charged $200 dollars for what was supposed to be a very detailed inspection. Since it was very expensive the owner was nice and gave us a discount, since they don’t apply the price of inspection to fix it. They said the problem was a solenoid and we decided to fix it, since we didn’t want to spend more money to have it inspected somewhere else. Replacing the solenoid would cost $400 dollars more. When we came back they said the problem wasn’t solved after replacing the part. We complained how we would be short $150 on inspection plus $400 and not have our problem solved after being promised it would. The owner said he wasn’t going to charge for the part. After bringing up how unkind the woman at the counter was, she came out from the back room and started screaming at us. We were called names, disrespected, and told to leave after our keys were thrown at us. My husband came back to the shop after being yelled at to pay them $200 for the part since he thought it was the right thing to do. We ultimately spent $350 for a horrible experience and nothing fixed. To have the expectation set up that the inspection might not find the problem and the part replaced also may not fix the problem would have helped us choose somewhere else. I guess it is common nowadays for car shops not to find the actual car problem since they make so much money just on inspection of the car whether they find what is wrong or not.
