My experience with Eaton Automotive was excellent. I'm very happy with their work.

Eaton automotive is always fair and transparent. They have never pressured me into any work and I appreciate that they price out any potential work so I can make my decision on what to do. I’ve come here 3-4 times and service is always exceptional

As a new resident to Cottonwood, I was referred to Eaton Automotive by my family. I had an inspection done to see what maintenance and repairs were needed. The inspection was detailed and explained repairs that needed to be done. I feel positive about everything.

As usual, prompt and honest work. The team here is straightforward and very fair with pricing. I’ve never felt like I’m going to be up charged or oversold on services. I’ll continue coming here

Wow! I’ve taken two of my vehicles to Eaton and was super impressed every time. My last time in I was quoted a set amount for repairs and when I went to pay the amount was less? I asked why and I was told it took less time than they thought and so they charged me less! Their customer service is next level. Highly recommend.

My experience with Eaton Automotive was great. He did the work another auto place was supposed to, but unfortunately didn't. The communication was excellent through the entire process. I highly recommend this place and will use them again.

I took my sedan in for a wheel alignment as my car was drifting in one direction and I couldn’t understand why… fast forward the reason for this was a bent rim but instead of telling me this may be the reason why my wheel was drifting the tech Charlie Ansem instead quoted me on about $2,700 of work that when had a second opinion WAS NOT NECESSARY… fixed the problem with a new rim that cost less than $100… not almost 3 grand. Typical of folks in this line of work trying to pull a fast one on things you DONT need done.
