The NICEST receptionist, extremely fast and straightforward service, great system for their estimates and evaluation that keeps you informed throughout the process, and at least in my case they quoted higher than the final cost ended up being which was a super pleasant surprise, and much much better than finding out the bill is higher at the end! I’ll definitely be taking my car back here :)

It was another enjoyable experience at Eaton Auto. They said my battery would not hold a charge and wrote that on an invoice which I showed the store and they replaced the old battery with a brand new one, no questions asked. I got a bill from Eaton for less than $100 (great) and a new battery. Dealing with either Rebecca or her husband Donovan is knowing that you(I) got a fair price on their work on my truck. Eaton Auto was a miracle I found them, bouncing around with three or four auto shops.

Eaton did a great job of diagnosing my engines miss fire problem. Work was done in a timely manner. Donovan explained the issue and what the repairs would entail. Due to the repairs being more than the value of the vehicle I decided to get rid of the vehicle. Yes would recommend them
