I've been going there for sometime after Eaton took over my long time auto service and Donovan has always been fair and explains everything to me. He seems like a real honest guy.

Donovan is a nice, honest and trustworthy guy. He has worked on one of my cars multiple times and he is always up front about his findings, my options and his advice on what to do. He has never given me a hard time or made a fuss when I didn't want him to fix everything he found that needed attention because I couldn't afford it at the time.

I went to the dealer first to have my repair done and they found more items that need to be address and the quote was in the thousands, like 3800.00. I am a retired single woman on a social security so I'm on a budget. Well after a few tears my daughter suggested I try Eaton just to get a quote, just made be it might be cheaper; So I did and come to find out I the items that the dealer told need to be repair was not leaking they lied to me, well long story short....total repair was 490.00 for everything....Eaton is very honest ! I love them!
